Ruud van Baal brings to the Fort Young Hotel, many years of experience in the hotel industry and the Caribbean. Born in The Netherlands, Ruud has worked/lived in Switzerland, England, Belgium, France, Germany, The Philippines and Bonaire as well as travelling around the Caribbean and Alaska while employed with the prestigious Holland America Cruise Line at the start of his career, after graduating from the International Institute for Hospitality Management in The Hague where he got his Bachelor Degree in 1992. In Bonaire, Ruud was the Managing Director of three well-known properties on the island.
