Rack Rates – 2012

Rack Rates are room only and are quoted in US Dollars,
single/double occupancy per night and are subject to 10% Service Charge and 10%
VAT.

Deposit: A deposit of two night’s room charge is required to guarantee booking.

Credit Cards: Fort Young Hotel accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover Cards.
Cancellation Policy:

• In order to  avoid a one night cancellation penalty, notice of cancellation must be  received 48 hours prior to arrival.
• For guests  departing prior to their departure date, we reserve the right to charge an  early departure fee equal to one nights’ accommodation.
• No Show – Hotel reserves the right to charge a minimum of 1 night and a maximum of 3 nights depending on the length of stay.
• It is  recommended that all guests purchase insurance to cover any change of travel plans or cancellations.
• Children Policy:    Two children under 12 years stay for FREE on room only basis when sharing
  with an adult;

SUPPLEMENTAL CHARGE: US$30 per room, per person, per night, subject to 10% Service Charge & 10% VAT and applies as follows:

• 3rd & 4th person in Oceanfront Rooms & Deluxe Oceanfront Rooms
• Carnival 2012: February 17th -22nd
• World Creole Music Festival: October 26 – 28, 2012

A LA CART MEAL SUPPLEMENTS: – Rates are subject to 10% Service Charge and 15% VAT

• Continental Breakfast US $10
• Full Breakfast US $15
• MAP (includes full breakfast & Dinner) US $44
• FAP (breakfast, lunch & dinner) US $56
• ALL INCLUSIVE US $96 (All Inclusive rate requires a 3 consecutive
  nights stay, includes 3 meals per day, all beverages, including house brand
  alcohol and wine by the glass); bottled water not included.
• Children 2-12 years (Half price)

All are subject to change without notice. Kindly note that for the MAP, FAP and the ALL INCLUSIVE plans, a minimum night stay of 3 nights is required.
