To aid the island’s “stay at home” efforts in response to COVID-19, Fort Young Hotel & Dive Resort is adapting services at its waterfront dining establishment, The Palisades Restaurant, to now offer Friday Specials — a versatile menu created by Secret Bay’s Chef Grant which includes Fort Favourites, pastas, burgers, pizzas, and more, for takeaway, curbside pickup and food delivery to the local community.
