Introducing Fort Rewards Loyalty Program

We are thrilled to introduce Fort Rewards, a new loyalty programme and a first-of-its-kind opportunity for Dominica. Fort Rewards allows local patrons to earn points for every EC$ spent on food & beverage outlets, events, meetings or room reservation and use their rewards to redeem experiences like a discovery dive, four-course dinner, spa treatment, hotel stay or cash back on purchases. The top reward is a stay at Secret Bay, Fort Young Hotel’s sister hotel and Dominica’s acclaimed, six-star, all-villa rainforest resort.

“We’re always looking for ways to show our deep gratitude to loyal locals who frequently patronize our restaurants, spa and meeting spaces, and this programme is designed to do just that,” said Dinesh Kissoon, Fort Young Hotel & Dive Resort’s general manager.

Fort Reward points are earned for every EC$ spent, exclusive of VAT and service charge and are either redeemed by vouchers or cash back on bills. Cash back is 5% of the value of the accumulated points and guests can only get cash back on bills with a minimum of 500 points. Vouchers are prepared for reaching each milestone and sent to guests via email to redeem. Guests and their invitees receive an exceptional 15% discount on food & beverage for birthday celebrations, weddings and anniversaries. Guests are further rewarded when reaching each milestone. Milestones are as follows:

  • 750 points – Sunday brunch for one
  • 1,000 points – Seaside Express lunch for one
  • 2,000 points – 4-course dinner for two
  • 3,000 points – Discovery Dive for one
  • 5,000 points – One-night stay at Fort Young for two with breakfast
  • 7,500 points – Two-night stay at Fort Young for two with breakfast
  • 10,000 points – Two-night stay at Fort Young for two on half board
  • 20,000 points – Two-night stay at Secret Bay with breakfast

Ready to earn your Fort Reward points? Make seaside dining a tradition at Fort Young Hotel’s signature restaurant, The Palisades. Roseau’s only seaside restaurant,  The Palisades has become a magnet for locals seeking a waterfront, fine dining experience. The restaurant’s Sunday Brunch is the island’s most popular, attracting hotel guests, as well as locals from around the country.

Warner’s Bar has also become an essential stomping ground for guests and locals seeking sophisticated cocktails and an unmatched seaside setting. The lively bar’s Friday night happy hour serves up the ultimate recipe for cocktails and conversations.

For decades, local entrepreneurs and event planners have regularly made Fort Young Hotel their destination of choice for meetings, conferences, weddings and other events. With unparalleled views and a dedicated on-site team, the resort is an ideal locale for large group gatherings. In late 2022, the resort will unveil multiple new meeting and event spaces.

However you choose to enjoy Fort Young Hotel, a customised app — available to download today — is designed to make your rewards accessible from anywhere on the Island.
