Roseau’s only seaside restaurant, Palisades Restaurant is a must-try during your stay. Featuring a menu of Caribbean specialties and inspired classics, our famed restaurant is known for our quality of flavors—made possible through our farm-to-table and locally caught approaches to sourcing. We recommend making a dinner reservation, timed around sunset, for the ultimate dining experience.
Located just underneath the Palisades Restaurant, Warner’s Bar offers the same incredible ocean views in a more relaxed setting. Enjoy signature cocktails—including our legendary rum punch, readily available on top—and a limited menu of hot bites and entrées.
Join us for Friday Night Cocktails & Conversations—a special weekly event with happy hour drink specials, barbeque buffet selections, and expansive views of ocean sunsets. This event is always a favorite among guests and not to be missed!
Sometimes, enjoying a meal in the secluded comfort of your hotel room or balcony is just what the day calls for. Unobstructed views, quiet conversations (or the lack, thereof), the ability to sit and stay as long as you’d like—what’s not to love? Guests have the option to order food and/or drinks via room service from the Palisades Restaurant or Warner’s Bar. In-room dining is available from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.
