Visiting Chef Kevin Broderick Debuts Culinary Mastery at Fort Young Hotel

On Saturday, June 9, Fort Young’s newest visiting chef Kevin Broderick debuted his expertise with a night of exquisite cuisine at Warner’s Bar. The event, which showcased a 5-course meal, was a sure success, allowing guests to indulge in an intimate culinary escape with the unique flavors of Dominica.

An award-winning chef from Jamaica, Kevin Broderick has won an impressive 70 medals and 25 trophies for his mastery in the kitchen, including the prestigious title of “Chef of the Year” for Jamaica in 2009 and 2010. And, at Fort Young Hotel, Chef Broderick is delivering the same—lest we say better—culinary prowess.

The carrot ginger and cream of calaloo coconut soups were showcased at Fort Young’s event, and readers now have the opportunity to whip up the delicious recipes themselves.
