Opposite the indoor waterfall, the aptly-named Waterfall Meeting Room (adjacent to the Palisades Restaurant) is fully flexible with a central dividing partition allowing for a large board meeting, or can be closed off as Meeting Room North and Meeting Room South to allow for two separate meetings to occur simultaneously. It is enclosed, air conditioned and equipped with built-in modern audio visuals connectivity.

The Palisades Restaurant

The Palisades is a Colonial styled building where the Fort Young Hotel & Dive Resort guests enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner on the waterfront. The inner part of the restaurant is air conditioned, with the outer part cooled by ceiling fans and a constant sea breeze.
